A) psychology might help us to understand the causes and what would be the best treatment of mental health problems b) it might help us to understand why certain people in certain circumstances commit crime and how to prevent crime in the future, it directly effects criminals as it can influence how much responsibility we feel the criminal had, for example it might identify how in certain situations anyone could be more pushed towards committing a crime c) it can help to develop more effective methods for training and education, for example identifying which circumstances create the best environment for more effective learning
