And we k a home pregnancy test that came out positive so we went to the health department to get a more accurate test and that came out positive and the date of my last period would make me three months now, but we had intercorse only two days before the health department test, could it be possible that the test came out positive do to sperm that was inside of me??

No. pregnancy tests find the "pregnancy hormone" in your urine. if you k two tests, and they both came out positive, your definitely pregnant. sperm has nothing to do with it. congratulations!
