I need to lose fat (not weight) and build muscle quickly?

Okay, so its not major life or death, but im going on holiday in about two/three weeks, and i really want to feel nice about my body.i am not overweight, i am roughly 11stone something and infact on those bmi calculators, i was healthy, the one below, towards unhealthy!but i do have a fair amount of fat on me, mainly in the place that you would call the love handle area!now anyway to burn this off, and build muscle?without trying to lose weight?any eating tips or workout plans for quick results, and prehaps longer term ideas?any help would be greatly appreciated!thank you.
