Fashion/textile design?

Hi could anyone tell me where in bloke chester i could do a college course on textile/fashion or clothes making? ive been looking around but no where seems suitable, id preferably like to do it part time or evenings so i can still work. if anyone has any advice id appreiciate it, im 19 btw. cheers
