How do you register asports logo?
Thinking off starting my own logo for sports clothes, like bench, fcuk, lonsdale, do i have to patent, or copyright this .

Consider that there is a difference among copyright, trade mark and a registered trade mark. copyright of your creation is granted automatically by law whe it is created. you can also have a tm without registering but a registered trademark (the "r" with the circle around it) is a different process. you need to know what you are doing. seek out expert advice and visit the us pantent and trade mark office.
