Can a credit card balance be transfered to a different cardholder?
Ive got an amount on a credit card, can i transfer this balance to my friends credit card (with his permission obviously) to take advantage of his 0% on balance transfers offer?

Yes, most credit card companies allow this. my friend and i did this once ($500 transfer).
