My mother wants to see the movie "the queen" and wants to know if she will come back feeling miserable!

Is it heavy and depressing? i know its not exactly jolly, but how grim is it . do not give me sites of movie reviews, i would like personal experience. thanks ;)

It is not miserable - some of it is very funny, particularly the portrayals of prince philip and the queen mother. it is a masterpiece and all the actors are superb. i loved every minute of it!
