It would really depend on how big you wanted to make the place. i remember, some years ago, the company i worked for did a project on estimating how much it would cost (excluding land charges, and other associated fees) to build a house. they worked it out at around £100,000. but that was not a little bungalow, this was a "semi-detached" block. this price was based on current prices for products available from the companies shelves.
