We ordered a wedding dress off ebay (excellent quality it was and fitted perfect!) but it was slightly creased when it arrived. is there a way to remove the creases without sending it to a dry cleaners or specialist wedding dress shop? anyone mentioned getting a steam iron and holding it about 6 inches from the dress and repeatedly pressing the steam shot button but we are a bit weary about doing that. any ideas folks? thanks for the ideas so far, but ann....i said creases no grease....having said that, ill keep that in mind. ooh, and for the record, the dress was brand new made to measure for my other half.

I work in a wedding dress shop and have seen some horrible things happen to dresses my proffesional opinion would be for you to take it to a dry cleaners. that way the owness is off you. if they fuck it up.alternativeley i would reccomend terrington and burchett they will cost but its worth it
