Im looking for some nice sayings can you help?
Like " better to be hated for who you are than loved for somebody
your not". kinda things that are like that. any help would be great!

A quote that i like is when herod the great was brought before octavian after the battle of actium, after the death of mark anthony & cleopatra. he was asked about his collaboration & relationship with "ma" as he (herod) was a supposed ally of rome. fully expecting death, his response was to state "ask not whose friend i was. ask, how good a friend i was to him". at this octavian was sufficiantly impressed to spare his life. as to herods subsequent career. as they say, the rest is history. hope this helps. i.ll try to dig some more up.
