Can you harden fat..i.e stomach and love handles. any good exercises?

I mean i weigh 118 pounds but i still have fat around the stomach and love handle area! im 5 ft 3.its a small layer of fat but can i do sit ups to harden the areas?

You can to sit ups to harden and tighten and tone the juscles in that area, this should burn some of the fat as well and lose the general "wobble" !
