How can i get rid of my jelly belly and love handles?
I have lost weight from 13st to 11st would like to lose a touch more but have been left with a jelly belly and love handles. no amount of exercise seems to show any marked difference and my moral is getting low. i cannot master sit ups no matter what i do so if thats the only solution i stumped.
help?

I went from a jelly belly, love handles, and junk in my trunk to none of the above through cardio and/or walking. but not exercise alone, sorry, you have to cut out the high-carb foods: breads, pizza, cake, cookies, cereal, noodles etc.when i jog, i still maintain a little stomach flab if i eat the above and when i stop eating them and exercise, the stomach flattens. high-carb foods make a big different in your body size.best of luck.
