Exam and coursework stress?!?

Ok this week is exam week, and so far i have had french and science, but also this week i have got history, cooking, re, and english (not tested in them all) they are only yr10 mock ones but they tell us to revise and prepare, and then give us a pile of coursework! i got 2 history coursework questions to finish (1st for tues, 2nd for fri next week) cooking research to do for after the hols, an e-portfolio plan for dida and correction of french coursework draft, imporvement and handing in. its so much to do and with all my exams, a work experience interview next week and a lesson to teach at a primary school on thursday morning, its a tremendous amount of work to do! im really stressed atm although im trying not to be, but i worry about tests and stuff alot as well even though i always do well (im not bragging here) what to do?
Answer
Firstly u need to set out a plan... when u awaken, breakfast (brain food)... study for a couple of hours, take time out and go do something, then eat and go back to study a couple of hours, then its dinner time so close books and get ready to go out and have a bit of fun...... if u study e day avg 5 hours but not at once 5 days a week thats 25 hours of studying in a week........ thats more than enough...... do not study when ur eyes r closing or late at night, u wont take it all in...... best of luck on ur results .........
