How do i return an item of clothing to a euro disney store with a security code disc left on.?
Gone on most disney sites but no look. nice
s faulty aswell. bought a present thats no nice
to somebody.
bought in paris so cant take it back got reciept but no details or phone no.

I am going back 5 years ago now but i purchased a bella gown from one of the euro disney stores when we visited the park. wasn’t until i arrived home that i realised the dress was badly stitched and had already started to tear in places. i went on the official euro disney site and contacted customer services via email. they were helpful and gave me the address to send the dress to so i could claim a refund. i got a refund within a week. obviously if you have proof of purchase, the security tag was the shops error leaving it on not yours and will not affect you returning the item.
