Is it a nice idea to buy a toy poodle if i want a dog with nice health?

I want a small dog, which doesnt shed! with med/short hair, no doggy smell if poss!, nice sound health! not a consent yapper! intelligent! possibly a soild black hair breed!nice natured!! independant! mainly a tiny,or toy breed, as carrying my dog around will some what be trouble sum on my back!! :-)
