I have the recipe for a smoke bomb (4 parts sugar, 6 parts potassium nitrate[salt peter], melt over a low flame, stick in container to set after all has dissolved and put matches in for fuses) but i was wondering that if i made one in the science lab at school, would i get shot/arrested etc. would it be even worse if i lighted it and then sealed it in an aitight container and dropped it down a drain? if u cn help please do. thanks.

I think it would be quite wrong, but i applaud your rebellious nature! remember what happened to guy fawkes when he tried to blow up the establishment.
