Was very shy and couldnt say enough words so i have to come back in 6 mths. although in the room she did say "whats that?", "there you go" , "mummy" and the health visitor made nothing of it and when she gave her something the hv said "ta" and my daughter turned around and said "thankyou" which was even better volcabulary than her! do you think she had a correct opinion of my daughter?

If your daughter is putting two and three words together at 19 months, she is not language delayed. (she is also polite!)
