Are there any health & safety issues with serving fruit crumble cooked in a foil container to kidren?

I have to cook for fifteen 7-10 year old girls and have been told that i cannot serve fruit crumble in a foil container for health & safety reasons. obviously it would be preferable to cook and serve the food from a disposable foil container so i need to check if there could be a problem with this. has anybody any advice ?

Cannot imagine why this would be a problem - supermarkets sell their own crumbles frozen in tin foil trays and i am sure that if there were a health and safety problem with it we would have had 30 government advisers on the news telling us so. good luck with the meal and the kids - i hope you are not doing this single handedly - then there might be a few health and safety issues - your health and their safety when you lose it!!!
