I am spending a day at a health spa. i have booked in for a full body massage, reflexology and would like to try hypnosis but not sure what for out of the following, stress headaches or fear of needles, ie. blood tests, dentist etc.

I would go for the one which caused me most problems in my daily life...ie headaches;
