Health problems or rex rat?

bought two ten week old rats,one black hooded and one agouti. the agouti has fluffy,course fur that does not lie flat, and bent whiskers. could he be a rex or is there a problem?

Not to worry, you have purchased a rex agouti. the curly whiskers are the clue that his type is rex.
