Can you wear footless tights with an over the knee dress?

concerned as lots of the models/shops etc use short dresses but i wanted to funk my outfit up for xmas!

Yeah - i think you can wear them with any length dress - i wear mine with a wrapover dress and sometimes with a long jumper over the top.
