In my experience, yes! i answered an ad in the paper for persian kittens. i drove to essex where a wobloke
ushered me in to an old caravan in her garden n proceeded to bring out crates (cat carriers) of cats of all ages. they were cramped together n in very bad condition. it was awful n heart breaking to see them. soon as i left, i rang the rspca n reported the wobloke
. they took all the details n i felt relieved that something might be done to save em. unfortunately, the same lady was advertising a coupla months later. a sad thing about this, is that when peeps buy an animal, they obviously want one in nice
health.but the ones that are neglected by the breeders, are never sold cos no one wants em :( aww
