Do you honestly believe if i told you to do 30 laps a day you would lose weight? doing one lap will be a hell of a lot better than if you had done none, doing one will burn calories, doing none will do nothing.

i swim two hours twice a week, although i also run on the other days, and cycle. it is
recommended you do more than one type of exercise as our bodies can get use to the strain necessary to perform and it will begin to have little impact, mix it up.
