Swimming??

How man y calories does swimming laps for an hour and taking a few breaks in between do you think burns? thanks alot!!

Well i am a competitive swimmer so my practices i burn about 650 calories a hour but those are harder practices (and i am 19) so with easier anywhere between 300-500 a hour!
