2 ways :
- give 10 $ (or more) to someone who is visiting the us, and ask them to bring back a "gift card".
- pay 10 $ (or more) to someone who lives in the us, to email you a "gift certificate" (they do not need an itunes account to do that).
in both cases, you have to create a new account, which does not need any credit card information.
burn the protected files immediately to an audio cd to get rid of the digital restrictions method.
