Music maker ??.?
Im looking for a program that will let me make my own soundtracks on the computer, like start with a beat then add other things like bass guitar, electric guitar and so on, the instuments must all be pre programed and i really want to be able to burn it onto cd, anyone know of anything out there please :-)

Try cubase sx or acid music (now by sony i think) for audio arrangement and midi sequencing. of these 2 packages acid music is by far the easiest to use. they both have their own plug-in effects and allow you to export finished work in mp3 format and burn to cd-r audio that can be played on all stereos.
