Hi i purchased a car from a private garage about a month ago on black horse (lloyds) car finance, they car was working well until about a week back when it started making funny noises, brakes were squeeling, engine got hot, service lights came on, and the turbo was making a loud whistle noise, which i know is the turbo on its way out. i wish to send the car back to have a refud of the payments i have made, as i believe i have wrongly been sold this vheicle. what options do i have. thanks jamie as i have purchased the car on finance, the car is not mine its the banks (lloyds)
