You need to be more specific.. u wanna put wma or wmv files on a cd u can directly make a data cd nd dump all the data on it.. now in order to view it all as a vcd wht u will need to do is convert the wmv files into a mpeg file i.e a vcd file nd then burn the mpeg file as a vcd nd not a data cd. hope this clears it for you....
