Or anywhere in thailand? there must be plenty with the way they drive!

Try the police stations first. they have several places where they bring cars crashed in accidents. i buy a car (for spare parts) myself some years ago. i have to pay at the police station, and then they give me a yellow paper i have to show at the car place to get the car. no problem at all- and cheap
