How can people subscribe to internet services online when they dont have accounts or credit cards?
I am
a nigerian with interest in financial and investment articles,but cannot avail these opportunities because of payments.how do i pay and what discounts do i get?

i used the computer and internet connection at my public library for free. i did not have a computer nor could i afford to subscribe to the internet. another suggestion would be to ask local businesses for the financial newspapers and magazines they are going to discard. make a commitment to pick them up weekly or monthly.
