Ok . on the 20th oc 06 i had a major car crash at a busy junction . longstory short . i went through a junction where the main traffic lights and temporary lights wernt working and a guy came racing through and hit me . ive sorted liabilty from other driver . now i want to know if i can get transport for london in trouble . but they say not there fault . what do you think i can say in response to there letter ? to clear up a few matters . i have claimed full liability for the crash from other sriver as he was travelling without due care and attention at 50mph and i approached at 5mph as i saw lights were out , so no issues in relation to that as i mentioned . however as i say tfl have breached their duty of care for not ensuring lights were working and if not then temp lights working in their place . so my q to all is in relation to that side of the crash nothing else .

If the lights are not working, then motorists are to revert to driving as though there were no light. so tfl is covered. be glad you are not demolished as well as your car. sorry for the crash, though. better things for the rest of the year is my wish for you! that cheeky lad p.s. nice show, michael p!
