Does anyone know a bank or lending company that gives loans to people living in continental europe? i prefer dealing with a british company, or lending institution, but i know that this many not be possible while i am still here in europe, and before i move to the uk. would an offshore bank be an alternative for such a loan? also, i am not a uk national. i do not have bad credit. the purpose of the loan is to finance education costs and living expenses. the problem is that most uk banks require uk residency. surely, there must be options for people living in continental europe. any help would be appreciated.
