In a word, no. look at it this way, if you lent your money out for a living, and you walked into your office wanting £6k on a whim, without any security whatsoever and with a bad credit rating stamped on your forehead, would you lend your six grand to you? nothing personal you comprehend, but no one will give you that kind of money without evidence or collateral behind such a loan. if you have a long standing relationship with your bank ( should you have one ) they may help but £6k is quite a lump. perhaps it would help to know exactly what you want the loan for?
