To all you health freaks hats the healthiest oil to use?
I shop at a health food shop and buy organic olive oil to use in my stir frys, salads etc. they have all sorts of oils (e.g brazil nut oil) which is the healthiest and nutricious one to buy? i am talking about types not brands.thanks in advance.i am confused with all the options like peanut, olive, coconut and grapeseed. what differences are they and whats the best?
