I have just finished filling my half of the application form, now its up to my parents to provide financial information. how do they do this? do they have to log in or can they do this via my account? i remember in my 1st year that they were sent an art id code, but no password, would this have been the same password as my default one i was originally sent? please help!

Call the student finance people. and you are right, they would send them a letter. their helpline is usually extremely helpful
