Ive tryed turnng manual manage music off and that will delete all his tunes and put mine on his so does somebody know how put two or three vids on his ipod without losing it all help me!! thanx a lot!...

Off the top of my head - might work. create a folder for your mate in itunes. copy his tunes to that folder. sync only his tunes and the vids back to ipod.
