I would go with green, white and gold (or) silver.- a white back ground would be considered as modern, fresh, spacous and makes the logo or text stand out more.- regarding the logo/text - i would use green for the main colour - as green is linked to nature and health. i would recommend gold or silver as an outline of the text or logo, you know, this gives the whole thing a touch of class.
