Answer Base

Ive been given a zafira from work, but the previous company owner swapped out the headunit for his. once he gave it back, he put back the cd500 vaxhall original headunit. i now have to enter the security code (which i have! ), but the procedure to enter the code has already been tried 3 times before and now there is a delay before i can enter the correct code. the display says " ___7_safe" how long does this equate to before i can enter it? the manual only gives 1st (1min) and 2nd (10 mins) what about the third (this being the third time - 7 attempts left) thanks if you can answer, but im waiting and could find out on my own. . . . . . . .

Go to your local dealer with all the documents with the car and they should be able to do it or tell you more
