Silly idea banning something concerning a strong basic instinct such as the sex drive leads to all sorts of illegal and undercover activities with criminal involvement leading to all sorts of harm and the criminalisation of ordinary people for no good reason. you would think that these days governments would have learnt from prohibition in america which lead to the rise in the mafia endorsed by a large part of the population and corruption of a lot of the police. the effects we are still seeing today.
