I asked vauxhall how much they charge for a full service and it was £290! i could not believe it! what do they do for £290? i know they change oil and filters. . . . . ..

As stated it dpeneds on the car but as a rough guide at a main dealer on a main service they will change oil and filter, change fuel filter, change pollen filter if fitted, change air filter, spark plugs, screen wash addative, check transmission fluids, check all lights, check brakes, steering, suspension, seat belts, lubricate door locks and hinges basically you work through a bloke ufacturers check list and tick off the items there
