Are they displaying a large company logo on their forecourt, e.g. a large post with a ford logo on the top, or other man
ufacturers equivalent.
just checked their website and they are displaying a citroen logo. a google search shows that they may also be a fiat franchise.
you would be better off going through trading standards,
than dealing with the garage yourself.
