How is the market condition now, i am thinking starting a car rental company in london

I had my own rental company for a while, now insurance takes a premium payment per year, also they take a percentage of takings so would be expensive, if you buy cars then need £100,000 to just have 10 cars,lease them and your in danger of losing ething you have, be carefull and consider something a little less dangerous , big chance to earn little money ,
