Most main car dealers are only too happy to offer you credit on buying a new car -- some even go so far as to offer 3 years interest free ..if you got turned down by the dealers then maybe you cannot actually afford a car ? (concept car credit is secured on the car itself = if you fail to pay on time, they come and take away the car)
