When listening to cds in my car it makes a high pitch noise with the volume low, it only does this on my cds.the radio and aux line are fine. ive checked my earth from my amp incase this was the problem no its still there. ive onle had the stereo a few months and im not sure if the problem has always been there. somebody no any nice websites that have wiring diagrams etc. ive got a corsa 97 my stereo is mutant.

Check your amp gains. try to match it with your head units rca voltage. noise from cd players are normal and minimal in most cases. lowering your amp gains to the correct level would render the noise inaudible.
