Car dealer - loan!?
Bought a £16 car on credit on 7/07/07, backwards and fwds to the dealer with paperwork which they lost and ongoing until 30/08/07 when i asked for the deal to be cancelled due to poor service and lack of contact from dealer advising me the loan company wanted more details but failing to let me know what the loan company wanted. the dealer pushed for the loan to go through against my wishes. i want to hand the car back & the dealer wants the car plus £2k to cancel the loan and deal. i have
agreed to pay for 3k worth of mileage i have
used but think £2k to pay back is extreme for not being my mistake! advice
