How do you work out on the website if movies have been sent out all it says titles at home ( 2 allowed ) you have no dvds at home then it says the guardian and hot fuzz shipped date - provisional allocation can you tell me what that all means its not a nice site cant understand a word of it

Have you set up a list of the films that you want. to be certain you need to have - i would guess - about 30 titles. if you have few you will have to wait. i think that what you have is a place on a waiting list for those titles. i subscribe and it works well but you do have to choose some "not so recent" films...
