In truth, its easy. just walk into any psychiatric unit and ask to see the duty psychiatrist. its what theyre there for. like casualty for the mind... i already did this... 12 years ago my dad died and it severely messed me up. 18months in, i couldnt do it any longer... i walked into the unit off the street... i was with someone inside 20 minutes... i walked out 4 hours later... began the slow crawl back to reality... so yes, it worked for me... it k 3yrs out of my life... but that was 10 years ago... im off to a close friends mums funeral in 11 hours... it runs full circle, only im holding their hand... there is always light at the end of the tunnel, the trick is to know its there, even if you cant see it.
