Yellow car park paint?

I scuffed a yellow railing in a car park with my front bumper. its now got a yellow paint mark that i cant remove. apart from getting a new bumper! has anyone got any ideas how to remove the mark ?

Yep got to agree with the one above.t cut will do the job,with the help of some elbow grease.(that is not a thing you buy). in case !
