Selling new items on a car boot sale?
Hi all i want to start selling costume jewellery on my local car boot sale and maybe work up to a market stall or shop is there any regulations and laws that i have to comply with and will i be classed as a trader i want to do every thing above board so can anybody give me advise as to what i have to do thanks

The first thing you need to do is contact the inland revenue and inform them that you are going to trade, they will help you out and walk you through the steps required.
i advise you to not be tempted to do this without the tax man knowing, as they are
actively going to car boot sales nowadays to check peoples status.
