I had genital warts previously and got rid of them when i was with my current bf who had them and i think i see one that has appeared! is this due to him cheating ??

Not necessarly. you (both) have a virus. it can go dormant for awhile, then come back. this is something you will have to deal with for the rest of your life, as well as any future partners. you should talk to your doctor and get more information. you need to get yourself well informed.
